Great design, a small suggestion for improvement

I am very satisfied with the quality and the design concept. However, I do have one suggestion. It has already happened to me that when the desk moves all the way down, it does not go back up because the worm gear can no longer properly engage with the rack. An error message then appears on the electronic display. I manually turned the shaft slightly by hand, and then it engaged again. Either you could ensure during production that this does not occur, or you could mention it in the troubleshooting section. Someone who is unaware of this might think the drive is defective. Other than that, I am truly very satisfied with the product and have now also ordered the additional accessories for the desk. I wish you continued success with your company. Outstanding Quality & Attention to Detail

Amazing how much passion and attention to detail went into designing a simple PC holder. The accessories are first-class (although personally I could have done without the drill), and the instructions are some of the best I’ve ever read. Top, top, top. The only thing I would have liked to see a bit more prominently is the minimum dimensions for the PC, as mine is slightly below them. Nevertheless, it holds very securely

Robust Construction, Excellent Support

The surface of the tabletop feels amazing. The beveled edges provide a really comfortable resting place for your forearms. The cutout at the back of the tabletop fits perfectly for mounting my lamp and routing the cables down. (Caution: The tabletop moves toward the wall when lowering because the desk slightly tilts upward.) The components are very solid, so assembly requires 2 people. The instructions for assembly are very clear. The connections are also very robust (M8 screws and threaded inserts in the desk), making it almost impossible for the desk to wobble. One extra screw is included for safety, and all necessary tools are provided (all you need is a Phillips screwdriver). The tabletop comes fully prepared with threaded inserts and pre-drilled holes, so you just need to screw in the screws. If you order the cable tray separately for another desk, a 3 mm drill is still included that fits any cordless drill (amazing). The cable tray itself comes with plenty of material to secure and bundle cables. Unfortunately, my cable tray was dented during shipping. I received a replacement tray in no time – excellent customer service! What isn’t offered is a frame for a desktop PC to hang it under the tabletop. Due to the position of the support frame, there is no space for this. My cables are long enough, so my PC just sits on the floor – no problem (I don’t want that huge thing on the desk anyway). Overall, I feel like I bought really good quality for a reasonable price. And this desk makes much more of an impression than the standard “0815” desktops usually offered
