Which documents are accepted?
Only valid (currently enrolled) certificates of enrolment or proof of student status will be accepted. Also, only valid (non-expired) ID cards will be accepted. If both documents are valid, nothing stands in the way of your personal discount code.
How long does the verification process take?
Verification usually takes no longer than 48 hours. If you are in a hurry, simply send us an email to info@ultimatesetup.de and we will prioritise your request.
Can I combine the discount with other offers?
Yes! In this case you will only receive a 5% discount instead of 15%. The full 15% discount will only be granted if no discount promotion is currently active for the respective product.
How long is my discount code valid for?
The discount code is usually valid for a fortnight. In special cases and with justification, we can extend the period.
How often can I use the discount?
You can use the discount code as often as you like within the validity period.
