Warranty conditions

Satisfied customers stand for Ultimate Setup is our top priority. That's why we offer a comprehensive guarantee on our products that covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty period:

  • Table frames: 5 years on the frame construction, 2 years on electronic components

  • Table tops: 5 years on the core material, 3 years on the surface

  • Cable management accessories (e.g. cable trays, cable nets, cable ducts): 5 years on the core material

  • PC holder: 5 years on the core material (metal)

  • Mouse pads: 2 years on the core material (fabric)

Processing of a warranty claim:

If you wish to report a warranty claim, please contact our customer service:

Please send us the following information by e-mail so that we can process your case quickly:

  • A description of the damage (incl. date and time of discovery)

  • Pictures of the product:

    1. Product in the packaging

    2. Damage to the product at close range

    3. Damage to the product in the overall context

    4. Packaging (if damaged)

    5. If possible: a video with a short explanation

After confirming that it is a warranty case, we will supply a replacement part, replace the product or arrange a refund, depending on the case. A repair is not offered.

How do I report a damage & warranty claim?

Contact our customer service via e-mail info@ultimatesetup.de and explain the damage and when you discovered the damage (exact date and time).

Please also send us extensive picture material. The following pictures are required:

  • Picture of the product in the packaging

  • Picture of the damage to the product

  • Picture of the damage to the product from a distance where the whole product can be seen

  • Picture of the packaging (if it is damaged)

  • If possible, a video with a brief explanation of the damage incident

If we have this material, we can process and compensate the case more quickly.

Does transport damage also count as damage & warranty?

No, these are not warranty cases. BUT we will also compensate for transport damage if this is reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Depending on the extent of the damage, however, not necessarily in full. Please report the transport damage to our customer service (e-mail: info@ultimatesetup.de).

  • Picture of the damage to the product

  • Picture of the damage to the product from a distance where the whole product can be seen

  • Picture of the packaging (if it is damaged)

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for a replacement product?

No, Ultimate Setup will pay the shipping costs again in the event of a warranty claim.

What needs to be considered when returning goods?

Make sure that the products are properly packed and secured as they were when you first received them. Make sure that all old shipping labels have been taped over or torn off.

Legal information

Right of cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 14 days. You can find further details on our Right of cancellation page.

Warranty vs. guarantee:

The warranty is a voluntary additional offer from Ultimate Setup and supplements the statutory warranty. Damage caused by improper use or wear and tear is excluded from the warranty.

The warranty covers the following problems and circumstances not from:

  • Any condition, malfunction or damage not caused by defects in materials or workmanship

  • All conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by everyday wear and tear

  • Any condition, malfunction or damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, misuse, abuse, misapplication, negligence, accident or alteration

  • All products that are not sold directly by Ultimate Setup

Warranty disclaimer and damage limitation

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this warranty. Ultimate Setup shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits or lost sales, resulting from any breach of any express or implied warranty or condition or under any other legal theory, even if Ultimate Setup has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
