Delivery Times
Germany: Your order will be prepared in Viersen (Germany) and delivered within 3-6 business days. If your order includes a desktop, the delivery will be made as a bulky goods shipment.
In this case, the delivery time is 3-9 business days.
Shipping within the EU:
Austria: 6-12 business days
Switzerland: 8-16 business days
(Please note for deliveries to Switzerland: customs and import fees are borne by the recipient.)
France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark: 7-16 business days

Desktop Shipping:
Please note that desk frames and desktops are shipped in separate packages. Due to its size (combined length and girth over 300 cm), the desktop is classified as a bulky goods shipment. The desk frame (or all other Ultimate Setup products), on the other hand, is handled as a parcel shipment. This may result in the packages arriving 1-3 days apart. If you would like to receive the packages together, please contact our customer service. In this case, a pallet shipment will be initiated. This may result in additional costs, which customer service will inform you about in advance.
