Are the tabletops also compatible with desk frames from third-party manufacturers?

Yes, the Ultimate Setup tabletops are compatible with all standard desk frames. Please note that there are pre-drilled threaded holes on the underside of the Ultimate Setup tabletops for the Ultimate Setup desk frame. These pre-drilled holes generally cannot be used for other frames. However, additional holes can easily be drilled into the underside of the tabletop for use with frames from third-party manufacturers.

What distinguishes the Ultimate Setup tabletops?

The Ultimate Setup tabletops have an extremely high material density, which gives them a very high level of stability and quality.

Furthermore, all Ultimate Setup tabletops feature a comfortable and ergonomic 15-degree armrest at the front of the tabletop. This relieves strain on the forearms and provides greater comfort.

All Ultimate Setup tabletops have a very high-quality surface that is resistant to scratches and stains.

The Ultimate Setup desk frame can be ideally combined with the Ultimate Setup tabletops, as the appropriate pre-drilled holes are already provided on the underside of the Ultimate Setup tabletops – making installation easy!

Cable grommets in the middle of the tabletop have deliberately been omitted, as they generally take up space on the tabletop and most cables need to be routed to the back of the tabletop (e.g. behind the monitors).

For this reason, there is a notch on the back of the tabletop along which the cables can be routed. This is particularly helpful when the desk is positioned directly against the wall.

Are the tabletops prone to scratches or stains?

No! All Ultimate Setup tabletops have a durable and high-quality surface. In case of stains (e.g. coffee stains), we recommend wiping the affected area with a damp cloth.

Do mouse movements rub against the surface?

Regardless of the tactile surface texture of a tabletop, we always recommend using a mouse pad to protect the tabletop and ensure optimal mouse tracking. You can find our high-quality Ultimate Setup mouse pads via the main menu.

How does the gaming tabletop get to my home?

The Ultimate Setup gaming tabletop is delivered directly to your home as a bulky goods shipment by one of our shipping partners (UPS, DHL, DPD, or Hermes). A full 6 kg of protective material secures your Ultimate Setup desk top during transport to ensure it arrives at your home undamaged. As soon as the tabletop is on its way to you, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you have ordered additional Ultimate Setup products (excluding the tabletop), these will be sent as standard parcel shipments. Since the tabletop must be transported as a bulky goods shipment, it typically does not arrive at the destination at the same time as the standard parcel shipments.

How long is the warranty?
